We completely understand that life happens! We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another pet parent on our waitlist. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee, as we've reserved that dedicated time specifically for your pup and may not be able to fill the slot on short notice.
